MULNIVASI SANGH is an offshoot wing of BAMCEF and its Registration No. is S-52349, which was registered on the year of 2005. Mulnivasi Sangh is committed to unite SC ST OBC and its Converted Minority as MULNIVASI SOCIETY and also determined to change the system to fulfil basic needs like education, health, employment etc.
Understanding from the movement of its great forefathers while looking for a solution to the tricks and strategies of the enemy (Aryan foreigners), found in the texts of the indigenous great forefathers that ST SC OBC are the indigenous people of this country and the people of the so-called upper caste community are foreigners and established that the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and the minority communities converted from them are Mulnivasi Bahujan.

Under the Presiding of National President of Mulnivasi Sangh, Advocate Pankaj Kumar Ravi, after the joint address by Mul. B.D. Borkar, Chairperson DK Khaparde Memorial Trust, Mul.Engineer R.L. Dhruv, National President, BAMCEF and Mul. Dr. K.S. Chauhan, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, New Delhi, the convention was concluded by the Pankaj Kumar Ravi, National President, Mulnivasi Sangh through concluding speech. 90 out of 100 are exploited, the exploited have challenged that 90% of wealth, land and kingdom is ours. Under the topic it was discussed that it is a moral responsibility to implement it. Under the state representation session, the topic of local problems of the Mulnivasi society and the role of the Mulnivasi Sangh in its solution was discussed. Under the movement challenge, the topic of traitors of the Mulnivasi movement, their identification and measures to deal with them was discussed. This is going to have a huge impact on the Bihar assembly elections.
